Having a helping hand along your way can sometimes mean the difference between success and what we perceive as failure (actually just a ‘not yet!’ sign) as you grow and welcome in the positive changes you desire.

Recommended as a continuation to working with Sho on a detox retreat, to help integrate diet, mindset, mindfulness and lifestyle changes, to live your insight, kindness and wellbeing in your day to day life.
Sessions normally start with a few minutes of centring/ mindfulness, and then work to deepen your connection to your goal, to accepting where you are currently on your path towards it, and to taking steps to achieve your desired outcome.
Support sessions take place on Skype and are 60 min.
