Meditations may include relaxation, concentration, awareness of physical sensations, acceptance, grounding, love & kindness, Yoga Nidra & more.

Yoga sessions may include relaxation, stretching, alignment, awareness & movement. Including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Breathing (Pranayama), TRE (tension release exercises), & Psoas release practices.

Sho, our founder is an experienced yogini and teacher since 1996, who lived in India for over 4 years deepening her practice.

No prior experience needed. Suitable for beginners and experts.
